Field Technician Supervisor:

The field supervisor fulfills a critical role. They provide hands on leadership and support along with technical knowledge to accomplish the teams mission and vision. The goal of this position is to lead field operations and promote professional and personal growth. The field supervisor will be responsible primarily for day-to-day work and meeting the shop master's goals and company financial profiles.

What You'll Need:

• Wastewater treatment plant operator certification issued by MPCA

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Passion for wastewater treatment and environmental sustainability

• Independent self-starter with high integrity

• Basic understanding or experience in electrical systems

• Proficiency in wastewater math and control panels

• Ability to learn multiple disciplines and adapt to various treatment systems

• Strong customer service orientation

• Hustle/ motivated mindset with the desire to grow within the company

• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

• Proactive mindset with forward-thinking abilities
