Overview

We have a lot of demands internally to create the best Customer Care Experience possible. This job is precise, timely, and always striving to make the customer process as seamless as possible. Passion for delivering service levels above customer expectations is a must. We use the latest technologies but stress a greater importance on the timeless core of skills that is the DNA of this environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Organize and schedule all facets of workflow within the company

  • Work closely with technicians, management, and marketing teams to ensure the timely and comprehensive execution of services and customer follow-up

  • Maintain a growing knowledge of all scopes of company services

  • Tracks work progress and the completion of assigned jobs

  • Responsible for following up with customers to ensure a complete satisfaction of work

  • Maintain customer lists and other company record keeping as needed
